FOR THIS ASSIGNMENT I ATTACHED A COPY OF THE GOALS AND OBJECTIVES THAT I PREVIOUSLY USED. YOU CAN CHANGE THINGS UP TO FIT THE ASSIGNMENT. THIS MAY ONLY TAKE ABOUT A PAGE. IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE IN THE FORMAT I SENT IT. JUST REGULAR WRITE-UP WITH PARAGRAPHS LIKE YOU ALWAYS DO. THANKS

Reflect on the study plan you created in NRNP 6665. Did you accomplish your SMART goals? What areas of focus still present opportunities for growth?
The Assignment

Solution
Study Plan and Reflection
On the study plan, I created in NRNP 6665, I feel that I have largely achieved my objectives. My current strengths include that I can now arrive at age-appropriate DSM-5 diagnoses for children and adults without guidance; I can also determine the correct age-appropriate medication doses for adults and children depending on signs and symptoms. The opportunity for improvement that I still have is to better understand and cope up with appropriate and comprehensive treatment plans for psychiatric patients.
SMART Goals
Goal 1: To come up with the age-appropriate appropriate treatment plans for at least 20 patients within the first month of the quarter.
Task: Assessing, diagnosing, and writing treatment for the patients in the clinical area supervised by a senior qualified staff or preceptor.
Goal 2: To determine the age-appropriate psychometric assessment tools for at least 10 clients within the second month of the quarter.
Task: Seeing and evaluating at least 15 clients who require assessment tools like the PHQ-9 and GAD-7.
Goal 3: To acquire proficiency in DSM-5 diagnoses for clients across the lifespan.
Task: Seeing and diagnosing psychiatric illnesses for at least 10 children and 10 adults within the third month of the quarter.
