You can qualify for a 100% refund if, there was a payment mistake, (identical orders, double payment, etc.) or we are not able to handle your order. In addition, you can get a 100 % refund if you cancel your order before it is allocated to any writer
You will be eligible for a 70% refund if, a writer has been assigned your order and less than a half of the order has been done because a writer has started working on your order and should be compensated for their effort and time.
You will be able to get 50% of your money back if, a writer has been assigned your order and more than half the order has been done or we are not able to provide you with a suitable writer to revise your order.
To avoid abuse of the facility, we will not be able to refund in any other circumstances.

We accept both Visa and Mastercard payment methods. We also accept paypal payments.

We offer free revision services to our clients if the order does not match the requirements. The revisions have to be inline with the original order so as not to attaract extra charges.
